We have implemented a “Video Chat” service due to the recent health developments in our community.

The purpose of this service is:

​

• To continue to serve the urgent dental needs of the general community 

 

• To allow us to evaluate and understand the urgency of individual patients and their dental concerns ultimately directing them to the appropriate resource if endodontic treatment is not necessary, i.e. oral surgeon or general dentist

 

• To minimize the risk involved with the spread of COVID-19 and protect us and others by eliminating unnecessary visits to our office and accommodating the “stay at home” policy

 

• To minimize the “wait time” for patients to be evaluated by a dentist and to avoid a visit to an urgent care facility

 

 

How does it work?

• Contact our office by phone to make an appointment for a video call with our doctor

​​

• Please provide an email address so you may receive our “New Patient Welcome Letter” inviting you to fill our patient registration on our secure online portal

​​

• The fee for the video chat is a flat rate of $38 for up to 15 minutes. Payment for the video call service will be collected over the phone when scheduling

​

• Instructions on how to access the video call will be provided in an email or text message with a link and code.  You will need to download the AnyMeeting video app to your preferred device

​​

• Whether on a laptop, tablet or cell phone the patient will meet with the doctor so he can evaluate their dental needs

​​

• Once the doctor has made a determination, he will make recommendations for further treatment at our office or refer the patient for other care
