Operations Coordinator

Stephanie has been a leader of our front office team for several years and is now tackling the role of Operations Coordinator.  She came to our team with over nine years of healthcare experience. She loves being a part of the dental industry and broadening her knowledge! Stephanie considers herself very lucky to be a part of the caring and passionate  Endodontic Team!

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Stephanie is a true PNW girl and loves getting to raise her two children in such a beautiful place and be so close to family.

When Stephanie isn't at work, she's spending time with her two kids and husband, reading, participating in 5k's and/or buying and selling children's consignment.

Administrative Team Lead

Spencer comes to Puget Sound Endodontic Associates from the medical side of health care.  He had worked five years at a hospital as Patient Access and Referral Coordinator.  Previously he was an Army Aviation Technician working on the electrical systems of helicopters.

Why did he want to join our dental team?  Spencer wanted to be part of a dynamic growing business.  He comments, “We are the perfect size to provide patient care in four locations and flexible enough to adapt to patient needs.”

Spencer grew up in the UK.  After twenty-five years living in Colorado, Spencer and his family moved to Gig Harbor and have lived here for five years.  Embracing harbor life, he enjoys Dragon Boat racing, motorcycling and gardening the back yard “jungle.”  Oso Bear, the big dog and Boots the small dog round out his busy week.

Insurance Coordinator

Kristy has been a part of Gig Harbor and Port Orchard Endodontics since 2007 as administrative assistant and insurance coordinator.  She enjoys playing a part in making our patients comfortable during their office visits.

She was born in the Midwest but has lived most of her adult life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  When away from the workplace, she and her husband Mark enjoy checking out local restaurants, travelling and always make sure to allow plenty of time for their adult children and grandkids!

When you first visit  our office,  you will be greeted by Margaret.  With a smile and sense of humor, she takes care of all your front office needs. With more than 25 years in the dental field, Margaret really enjoys helping patients have a fantastic dental experience.

When Margaret is not at the office she enjoys running, camping, hiking, traveling, visiting family, and spending time outdoors. Margaret has a son with whom she enjoys spending time. She is an avid animal lover and has a rescue dog named Rosie...her "partner in crime."

Patient Care Coordinator

Mary is new to dentistry but has an interest in anything medical.  She joined the “world of teeth” by joining Puget Sound Endodontic Associates.  While working, she is actively working towards getting her master’s degree in computer science.

Mary grew up in California, but also spent time in the Middle East. When she and her family had to be evacuated out, they became residents of Washington, her father’s home state!

Although Mary has been with PSEA for a short time, she loves how wonderful the staff is with the patients and how much relief the patients experience after their treatment is complete.  “It’s wonderful how all the doctors and dental assistants provide so much comfort and reassurance for all patients to make sure they’re OK.”

During her “off time,” Mary loves reading, baking, going for drives, Netflix dates with friends, gardening and swimming.

Bailee joined Puget Sound Endodontic Associates in the spring of 2022 and is brand new to dentistry.  She’s always been interested in the dental field and is excited to gain working experience and broaden her knowledge of endodontics.  Bailee grew up in Tacoma and attended WSU.  Now that she is home from school, Bailee can focus on a career in the dental field and patient care.

Bailee likes working at PSEA because it incorporates many aspects of work that she really enjoys:  patient interactions and learning on the job.  Working and learning “the front desk” has been an enjoyable experience for her!

In her free time, Bailee enjoys going to car shows with her best friend and dad, spending time with family and friends, reading and listening to music.  Bailee has two cats, Milo and Akira (who are spoiled rotten) and a Pit/Labrador dog named Bishop.

Naomi joined PSEA in the spring of 2022.  She comes to our Endo Family with top notch customer service experience but is new to dentistry.  She decided to join our “friendly and helpful” practice after having great “first impressions” of our team.  Naomi has enjoyed engaging with the patients and being a part of their support system as they go through treatment.  She says “going to the dentist can be intimidating, so I enjoy softening the experience (for the patient).”

Naomi was born and raised in Tacoma and actually went to elementary school in the South Sound Endodontics neighborhood!  Outside of work, she likes to roller-skate, shop, enjoy nature and spend time with her family.  Naomi also has two cats, Juniper and Biscuit.

Welcome to the family, Naomi!

Treatment Coordinator

Madeline joins our Endodontic Team directly from Bremerton Dental Assisting School.  After working with small children for several years she wanted a new adventure and career change. Madeline likes meeting all the people who come in for help on their teeth and being able to help them with the procedures of the office.

Madeline has lived in Port Orchard since she was in the second grade and considers Washington State home. In her free time, she likes to read and tend to her garden.  Madeline loves her two dogs:  Rhino a Great Dane-Mastiff mix and Ellie a Chihuahua-Terrier mix. Also, amongst the mix she cares for two fish!

Brittany is from Gig Harbor, and she was personally trained by Dr. Olsson. Today, what she enjoys most about being a dental assistant is having the power to help patients feel better about themselves!

Brittany is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two fur babies at home. She also has two older brothers and one younger sister – in fact, most people think her sister is her twin.

When she isn’t busy at the practice, her favorite hobbies include boating in the summer, wake surfing, wakeboarding, camping in the Great Pacific Northwest, watching football (GO HAWKS), and playing fantasy football.

Tara, CDA
Treatment Coordinator

Tara enrolled as an Alumni at Penn Foster Career School graduating from their Dental Assistant program in 2016. She says, “as a biracial female, I knew from previous life experiences that my passion was helping people, especially the under-privileged and immigrant populations.” With this intent, she began her profession working as a Dental Assistant in Community Health. She loves working in the dental field because every day is an opportunity to make a dramatic and positive difference in someone’s life. She says her job is more than assisting a dentist; her job is one of reassurance, empathy and compassion.

Tara grew up in Canada, but moved to the US nearly ten years ago. Now that she passed her last national board exam to become a CDA, Tara enjoys spending time with her new husband in their new home...soaking in the hot tub, gardening and caring for their little zoo of animals. They can most certainly be found all over Western Washington fishing from their kayaks.

Treatment Coordinator

Kat is a graduate of Clover Park Technical College. She assisted in a private general dentistry practice for 2 years before committing to five years to Community Health Care.

Kat’s mother has been her greatest role model when deciding to go into the dental field.  She inspired Kat with her excellent patient care, how she commands the room and makes every patient feel comfortable and confident knowing that their dental needs and best interests are taken to heart.

What does Kat like about the dental field?   “When my patients leave their appointments smiling and confident knowing that their needs are being taken care of.  A smile is so important. It’s what makes us feel beautiful on the inside out and can affect how we perceive ourselves.”

Kat was born into the military (Air Force) in Okinawa, Japan and lived there for 7 years before moving to Abilene, TX.  When her dad decided to retire, they moved to Washington in 2001.

During Kat’s free time, she spends time with her young son and his father.  She loves to read a good book to relax and listen to music on long drives and let her mind and imagination wander.  What’s her latest challenge?  Developing a green thumb!

Treatment Coordinator

We welcome Tammy to Puget Sound Endodontic Associates as a new Dental Assistant.  Her background as a Dental Lab Technician helped her easily transition to her new career.  Tammy finished the Dental Lab Technician program at Bates Technical College, then found out that she loves to be in dental field but didn’t like to sit in the same spot of the lab every day.  And she likes to work with patients more!

As a young person, growing up in Vietnam, she always enjoyed dental visits and thought a dental office was an awesome working environment.  “Puget South Endodontic Associates is my first workplace of my career, everybody in the clinics is so nice and kind, that’s what makes me happy to go to work every day.”

Tammy says she is “weirdly attracted to teeth” and smiles and teeth are the first thing she notices about a person!  She enjoys this line of work because she like working with teeth and helping patients, gets to meet new people everyday and is learning new things every day.  And she loves working with everyone at Puget Sound Endodontic Associates!  We are happy to have Tammy as part of our endo family.

Jessica decided to go into the dental field to help patients feel more confident about their smile.  What does she like about dentistry?  “I love being a part of the reason someone smiles.  The first thing I notice about someone is their smile.  I also, love being part of why someone is no longer in pain.  For a lot of people, when they come in, they are in pain, so to help them is a great feeling.” Jessica has always enjoyed making people smile and laugh.

Born and raised in Washington, Jessica has lived out in the Tahuya State Forest her entire life. She loves the beauty and peacefulness of our state!

Office Liaison

Nicole has been with Gig Harbor Endodontics for 12 years. As the office liaison, she has had the privilege to travel throughout Pierce, Kitsap and Mason County areas visiting the offices of our referring dentists. You will most likely find her on the road delivering lunches, flowers, or other seasonal goodies to show our appreciation to those who help the practice thrive. She has been learning on the job by adding website design and social media management to her work skills.

When she's not working she enjoys spending time with  her husband Ted, daughter Miranda, son-in-law Matthew and new grandson, Ryan! Ruby, the Labrador keeps everyone on their toes! Together they like to camp, hike, fish, garden and work on their home.
