Operations Manager

Jodie joins our practice after 20 years in the medical field managing surgical and specialty practices.  She is an extrovert who loves people!  She graduated from UW with a BA in Psychology and recently finished her Master of Health Leadership degree through WGU.  Jodie loves being a part of a team, especially teams who are working together to make the lives of patients and their families a priority.

Jodie was raised with her 4 siblings in Connecticut, Hawaii, Michigan, and Washington.  Her father, an ENT surgeon, was active duty in the Army during her childhood.  Jodie’s mom, a Registered Nurse also spent her life taking care of patients and between the two of them, set an example of compassion and service that Jodie works to emulate.

After meeting Dr. Niazi and Dr Olsson, Jodie knew instantly that she wanted to be a part of Puget Sound Endodontic Associates.  The caring nature and personal attention that is given to each patient in the practice is what drew Jodie to join the team.  Jodie feels, in a fast-paced world, there is nothing more important than slowing down to care for patients in their time of need with compassion and expertise.

In Jodie’s spare time, she loves to hang out with her husband Ron of 25 years and her 3 kids.  If she is not cooking dinner or baking, she is out walking her 2 mastiffs (Ivan and Lucy) or at the gym attempting to stay in shape!!

Administrative  & Dental Assistant

Ashley is new to Gig Harbor Endodontics and the dental field. She wants to get involved in dentistry to help people get the smile they desire knowing it will boost their confidence. Growing up in Gig Harbor, she always had a great experience with dental visits and was impressed by the many different specialties in the dental field.  She found it spell binding how multiple doctors from different specialties come together to help one patient.

In the future, Ashley wants to pursue a career as a dentist, specifically a pediatric dentist.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in pre-med and cell biology from Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, CO.  In her free time, Ashley keeps busy with some of her favorite activities: boating, camping, hiking, skiing, and her new favorite!

Certified Dental Assistant

Tara enrolled as an Alumni at Penn Foster Career School graduating from their Dental Assistant program in 2016. She says, “as a biracial female, I knew from previous life experiences that my passion was helping people, especially the under-privileged and immigrant populations.” With this intent, she began her profession working as a Dental Assistant in Community Health. She loves working in the dental field because every day is an opportunity to make a dramatic and positive difference in someone’s life. She says her job is more than assisting a dentist; her job is one of reassurance, empathy and compassion.

Tara grew up in Canada, but moved to the US nearly ten years ago. Now that she passed her last national board exam to become a CDA, Tara enjoys spending time with her fiancé in their new home...soaking in the hot tub, gardening and caring for their little zoo of animals. They can most certainly be found all over Western Washington fishing from their kayaks.

Dental Assistant

Kat is a graduate of Clover Park Technical College. She assisted in a private general dentistry practice for 2 years before committing to five years to Community Health Care.

Kat’s mother has been her greatest role model when deciding to go into the dental field.  She inspired Kat with her excellent patient care, how she commands the room and makes every patient feel comfortable and confident knowing that their dental needs and best interests are taken to heart.

What does Kat like about the dental field?   “When my patients leave their appointments smiling and confident knowing that their needs are being taken care of.  A smile is so important. It’s what makes us feel beautiful on the inside out and can affect how we perceive ourselves.”

Kat was born into the military (Air Force) in Okinawa, Japan and lived there for 7 years before moving to Abilene, TX.  When her dad decided to retire, they moved to Washington in 2001.

During Kat’s free time, she spends time with her young son and his father.  She loves to read a good book to relax and listen to music on long drives and let her mind and imagination wander.  What’s her latest challenge?  Developing a green thumb!

Brittany is from Gig Harbor, and she was personally trained by Dr. Olsson. Today, what she enjoys most about being a dental assistant is having the power to help patients feel better about themselves!

Brittany is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two fur babies at home. She also has two older brothers and one younger sister – in fact, most people think her sister is her twin.

When she isn’t busy at the practice, her favorite hobbies include boating in the summer, wake surfing, wakeboarding, camping in the Great Pacific Northwest, watching football (GO HAWKS), and playing fantasy football.

Dental Assistant

Mallory has been in the dental field for 5 years.  After job shadowing in dental offices since her middle school years, she found a passion for beautiful smile and excellent patient care. What does she like about this field of work? She loves being a part of a team that lets the patient know they’re receiving the best care and helping put their dental anxiety at ease.

Having been born and raised in Gig Harbor, Mallory loves all thing PNW: outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking, and volunteering in the community.  Mallory shares her free time with a blue heeler named Ivy and a black cat named Medved.

Dental Assistant

Sane started her dental career at the Bremerton Dental School and fulfilled her externship with us at Puget Sound Endodontic Associates.  She always had a passion and interest in the dental field and liked going to the dentist when growing up.  When she was little, she would ask so many questions because she “was into it!”  Sane loves the routine of endodontics and learning something new every day.

Sane’s goal is to be exceptional at working chairside.

Sane is fun and outgoing.  She loves to connect “one on one” with patients, making sure they are comfortable, making them smile and laugh (especially our nervous patients!)

Originally born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL she loved going to all the theme parks.  The military life brought her and her husband to the Northwest.

During her free time, you will find Sane exploring Seattle, cooking new recipes or going to the movies. Her pets are her pride and joy…Caesar the Bull Mastiff (155lbs.) and Cleopatra the South African Boerboel Mastiff (170 lbs.) Wow!

Stephanie comes to our endo family with a background in the medical field, working in call center for Group Health.  She then became the lead patient care representative and then promoted to analyst/trainer to roll out electronic records software for 25 clinics statewide.

How did she get into dental? Her amazing dentist inspired her to move into the dental field. She is a recent graduate from Ballard Dental Arts and is fascinated by dental reconstruction. Stephanie enjoys “patient centered care,” getting to know each their unique stories and connecting with them on a personal level.  She likes knowing that when patients leave the office, “they feel better.”

A Northwest native, Stephanie grew up in Belfair and now lives in her first home in Bremerton.  Her dream is to own a tiny house close to a lake and have a small farm with chickens, goats, a golden retriever, alpaca or emu! She loves to read and journal in her free time and voraciously watches movies (especially documentaries.) Outdoor activities that keep her busy are snowboarding, gardening (she loves growing dahlias), shopping and just hanging out with Mom.  Her goal is to get that golden retriever soon…the first step to the dream farm?

Office Liaison

Nicole has been with Gig Harbor Endodontics for 12 years. As the office liaison, she has had the privilege to travel throughout Pierce, Kitsap and Mason County areas visiting the offices of our referring dentists. You will most likely find her on the road delivering lunches, flowers, or other seasonal goodies to show our appreciation to those who help the practice thrive. She has been learning on the job by adding website design and social media management to her work skills.

When she's not working she enjoys spending time with  her husband Ted, daughter Miranda and son-in-law Matthew. Ruby, the Labrador keeps everyone on their toes! Together they like to camp, hike, fish, garden and work on their home.
