I just wanted to thank each and every one of you at the Silverdale office for the care I received when I was assessed Wednesday 18 August at 1400 and had the root canal performed the following morning at 0800. From the front desk to the preparation and certainly before and during the procedure itself, I felt genuinely taken care of the whole time. I didn't really need any medication afterward, either, although I did take ibuprofen just in case. I can drink tap water and coffee without fearing searing pain, even regular chewing!

I was seen at Gig Harbor Endodontics after initially being advised by an endodontist at another dental facility in Gig Harbor, that the only treatment for my painful tooth was extraction! Thank God, that did not happen!
I called Gig Harbor Endodontics, and was given an appointment with Hadjir Haghparest DDS, MS (AKA Dr. H). Dr. H is honest, caring, patient , and passionate about giving you the best care possible. He explained everything, and advised that my tooth did not need to be extracted, but could be saved! I was scheduled for a root canal, which, for me was literally painless both during and after the procedure. I did not require any pain medication. It's been one week since my root canal, and no pain. My life is good. I can eat, drink and sleep. Thank you Dr. H, and the staff who were so helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. H and Gig Harbor Endodontics.

In this second visit for new procedure, Dr. Niazi was as professional as he was the first time. In short, I like his walk and talk throughout the whole process as well as being made comfortable and reassured of the outcome. Should I have the need for a third problem (hope I don't) I'd ask my dentist to refer me back to him again.

The staff was very welcoming. Both Bri and Dr. Olsson were very pleasant to work with. Dr. Olsson made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Hadjir was great. Very personable and extremely concerned for what is best for his patients. Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Very professional, but caring people. *Note* It was at the Gig Harbor office, where Dr. Hadjir did my procedure. Highly recommend Doctor and Staff. If you have only one root canal this year, or ever, have it here! Was referred by my dentist to Dr. Niazi due to a complicated and difficult procedure that my dentist felt the staff here was better suited to handle. He was right - the entire staff is friendly, walking through each step and explaining what's about to happen and how long to expect it to take.
My procedure felt quick. I was comfortable throughout and they assured I was and that I understood what was going on and how close to complete we were.
I've been seeing dentist for a lot of my 59 years and this is the best dentistry experience I've ever had, bar none.
Painless, comfortable, and thoroughly explained (including a break-down of costs & insurance.) Superb!

Wish I could add more stars, but this will suffice. Dr. Hadjir and his staff were phenomenal. I went in at the request of my dentist to have my tooth checked for a root canal. The staff was so professional and friendly. I got in quickly and the doctor went right to work. As mentioned on other reviews, everything was explained outright, including the cost of the procedure, pending which would be best for me and my tooth.
When all is said and done it was a pleasant experience and fairly priced. If you need major work, don't let fear and price stop you, these people were great. Highly recommend.
