Advanced Education & Training
Dr. Elias earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, where her academic excellence earned her induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. She then completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency at the University of Washington. Driven by a rigorous commitment to continuing education, she was later awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. To specialize in her field, Dr. Elias returned to the University of Washington to complete her advanced endodontic training.
Clinical Expertise & Credentials
Before focusing exclusively on endodontics, Dr. Elias built a diverse clinical foundation practicing the full scope of general dentistry in Kailua, Hawaii, and Fife, Washington. She later applied her specialized skills as an endodontist in Silverdale, Washington, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Today, she is a distinguished Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, representing the highest level of board certification in the specialty. Dr. Elias maintains active memberships in the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Washington State Dental Association, and the Pierce County Dental Society.
Life Outside the Office
Dr. Elias is thrilled to return home to the South Sound area after spending time living in the Midwest. When she is not performing advanced root canal therapies, she loves playing with her young children and cooking creative meals with her husband, Tom. On the weekends, you will usually find her family exploring the outdoors—hiking, skiing, or camping.
